Some surprising news...

For about three months now I've been really dizzy and extremely light headed. I've gone into the doctor numerous times and have been told I've had everything from being dehydrated to vertigo. Well the last time I was really dizzy I ended up passing out in my closet and Keri took me to the ER. They did some test and the next day I went for a MRI. Now I was dreading the MRI all day, and even tried to beg Keri not to make me go (I get anxiety) but he insisted and we went.

We went Dr. Busk on June 2nd and he read us the results of the MRI. I had multiple white lesions on my brain which is very suspicious of Multiple Schlerosis in a person my age. Great... this is all I need to hear that I might have MS.

Well the very next day, June 3rd, I was scheduled for knee surgery. This was to be my 6th surgery on my horrid knees. Dr Murray has told me repeatidly that I'm looking at a knee replacement by 40. He says I am too young to have one know. So I'm all hooked up to the IV and just nervously waiting to go back when...... I got some surprising news.....

The nurse had done a urine test on me and surprise I WAS PREGNANT!!!!! Well naturally the doctor refused to perform the surgery if I was pregant and I was just irate because when I went to the ER four days ago they did a blood test and it came up negative for pregnancy. I was seriously mad thinking this nurse has messed up my changes of getting some help with my knee. Well Dr. Murry told me to go to Davis Hospital to get blood work done to make sure I was infact pregnant.

So on June 4th I went and sure enough the tests confirmed it. I was pregnant! WHAT A SHOCK. On Monday I find out I might have MS and on Tuesday I found out I'm pregnant and can't have my knee operated on. Well naturally my first impluse was to cry. I was so shocked and to be honest feeling sorry for myself. My doctor had talked with the neurologist and before we found out I was pregnant, I was scheduled to have IV Steriods to help with my dizziness/lightheadness. Now I couldn't have help with that either!

Well its been a few days now, and I'm starting to get excited!!!!! It's been a crazy few months.... marriage, orders to england, and now a baby!!!!! Let's hope this is all that pops up for now! I can't handle much more!!!!
